Anita Barone

Anita Barone is a versatile stage actress who's mostly restricted to TV sitcoms. Barone got her first breakthrough in the medium as she got married to Jeff Foxworthy during "The Jeff Foxworthy Show," a season which aired on ABC between 1995 between 1995 and 1996. Barone's debut on stage was when she was five in Detroit which was where her family relocated after having moved to the city from St Louis. Barone had appeared in more than fifty plays before the age of 23, mostly in regional and university theatres as well as for regional productions. She was Juliet, a frightened young nun in "Agnes of God,"" Helen Keller, the principal character in "Monday After the Miracle,"" as well as Juliet reprised as Juliet in "Romeo as well as Juliet." Her first screen appearance was in the minor part of "The The Rosary Murders" and a brief appearance in "Ricochet" as well as her role as the main character in an indie romantic comedy "Just Friends" in 1996. Barone was recruited by NBC between 1990 and 1991 as a stockholder of "Carol and Company" which was the disastrous effort by Carol Burnett at reviving the sketch comedy/variety program. Barone was on screen in "Wounded Heart" in 1995, an USA Network film. Barone returned to sitcoms with a weekly schedule and co-starred in "Daddio", NBC 2000 together alongside Michael Chiklis.
